Flavorful shrimp ready in minutes! One whole Valencia Orange zest and juice, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon onion salt. 16 ounces Fresh Shrimp (deveined, de-shelled).
Preheat oven 400 F add shrimp into a large mixing bowl, add orange juice and zest, chili powder, black pepper, paprika, onion salt and stir to mix and coat all shrimp. Transfer to a non stick rimmed baking sheet pan and pop into the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes, flip after 4 minutes to evenly bake.
Remove from oven and transfer to a serving platter. We love rice and a side salad with these baked shrimp!
Hope you enjoy!

Ooh yum! I’m intrigued by the combination of orange and chili — exciting.
