Lime-Honey Tarragon Dressing

This is such a flavorful dressing for any type of mixed green salad. You’ll need 2 limes (washed, zest and juice), 1/4 cup  sour cream, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoons Tarragon, 1 tablespoon pure honey. In a small bowl add all ingredients mixed well with a spatula. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.

I very seldom purchase store bought salad dressings. I love vinaigrette dressings as well. Citrus is used in quite a few dressings here in Florida. It is fun to create, tweak new recipes even salad dressings! I have 1,493+recipes posted on Tasty (A public-community recipe sharing site/member-check it out!) Join Free-become a member-like me!
