Lemon Garlic Pasta and Shrimp


So delicious! 16 ounces spaghetti (cut in half before boiling), cook to al dente, rinse, set aside. Chopped fresh flat leaf parsley, saute large shrimp in lemon butter, add 2 cloves of minced garlic (saute 4 minutes), remove from heat and add into a bowl, add cooked spaghetti, parsley, handful of toasted pine nuts (optional), toss well and serve.

Easy and so delicious. Add grated cheese, if desired.
