Orange~Cinnamon Glazed Carrots

Perfect side dish for Ham, Pork, Beef, Chicken. Its a real flavorful, easy dish to make. I use 2 pounds fresh carrots, peeled and sliced, boil for 18 minutes, drain, add 1/4 scant cup Pure Florida Orange juice, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of honey stir well and serve. (Add a cinnamon stick or two, to garnish).
