Citrus Spinach-Arugula Salad

I just adore salads this one is a favorite of mine. Using one navel orange, peel and cut into segments, one small red grapefruit (peeled, cut into segments) 1 cup arugula, 2 cups baby spinach, 1/2 red onion sliced. I make a lemon-orange vinaigrette dressing that is so easy. 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 2-1/4 tablespoons canola oil, 1/2 lemon-juice only, 2 tablespoons pure orange juice (concentrate), s & p to taste.

So delicious for lunch!
