Mandarin Orange Slushie

These are so good and refreshing on a hot day! One 5.5 ounce can mandarin oranges in natural juices, 1 cup ice cubes, 1 tablespoon milk or light cream, top with whipped cream and fresh orange zest.

In a blender add mandarin oranges and juices, ice cubes, pulse several times and run blender on high one minute, strain oranges through a mesh sieve and return to blender, add cream/milk (if desired) run one additional minute.

Serve in a fancy vessel and sip!
