Such a fun appetizer for any get together. One pound Large Fresh Shrimp (Deveined, no shells), 3 limes-juice of one, cut wedges with the other two limes. Using 4″ wooden skewers (be sure to soak them in water first-for 15 minutes before grilling). Add in a ramekin salt, black pepper, one teaspoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning, mix and sprinkle on each shrimp, skewer a lime wedge and add a Shrimp or two. Squeeze lime juice just before grilling over the skewered Shrimp.
These only take a few minutes to grill on each side. Enjoy, they are a favorite here!
