Top meat, taco’s, fish, any Seafood with this terrific and easy Salsa. 1/2 mango diced, 2 pineapple rings, cut into chunks, one peach, peeled diced, 1/2 lemon for juice only, 1/2 lime juice only. 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley, 1/4 white or yellow onion diced finely, dash of canola oil, dash of balsamic vinegar, one teaspoon sugar, mix together well, refrigerate covered until ready to use.
