I love beets and Harvard jarred beets are easy and ah so flavorful with this easy recipe. Add 1/3 cup Pure Orange Juice into a saucepan with 1/4 teaspoon corn starch on low heat, once it begins to thicken remove from heat source.
Add jarred (15 ounces) Harvard beets into a mixing bowl, add orange juice and stir to combine. Garnish with orange rind shavings. I like to serve this warm.
