Many of you know that I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeee smoothies (especially mid day) this one is sweet, creamy and delicious and a real favorite of mine.
One quarter cup Pineapple juice, 1/4 cup Whole Milk, 2 tablespoons Whey Protein Powder, one scoop frozen vanilla yogurt, 1/8 cup Pure Orange Juice (no pulp). Add all ingredients into a blender and run one minute to well combine.
Pour into a glass, sip and enjoy!

Yes, Aunt JuJu with many sweet smoothies. I love veggies one too. One will post on https://cheffiecookseasy123.wordpress.com in a day or so! I just love them mid-day too-an energy boost! Stay warm-have any snow?

Most of it has melted from rain last week. I think we are supposed to get more end of weekend – cold too!
