Many of you know that I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeee smoothies (especially mid day) this one is sweet, creamy and delicious and a real favorite of mine.
One quarter cup Pineapple juice, 1/4 cup Whole Milk, 2 tablespoons Whey Protein Powder, one scoop frozen vanilla yogurt, 1/8 cup Pure Orange Juice (no pulp). Add all ingredients into a blender and run one minute to well combine.
Pour into a glass, sip and enjoy!
