Lime Whipped Cream Topping

I love limes and I made a white sheet cake the other day and made this wonderful frosting! Delicious.

You’ll need 2 limes for zest and juices, one cup heavy cream, 2 tablespoon Pure Honey, 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract, 4 cups confectioner’s sugar. In a stand mixer using the whisk attachment add heavy cream, vanilla, honey, lime juices and zest and add one cup at a time of confectioner’s sugar, run mixer on low to slowly incorporate all ingredients. Once combined run mixer on high a few minutes until creamy and fluffy.

I use this immediately then refrigerate the baked goods until ready to serve.
