Lemon-Pineapple Dip

This recipe is so delicious and easy only 3 ingredients!

You’ll need 16 ounces of softened cream cheese (I use Philadelphia Brand, any will work), 1-15.5 ounce canned pineapple chunks (can use crushed pineapples if desired), one whole fresh lemon for zest and juice. Add all ingredients into a food processor (Or blender) pulse, then run several minutes to well incorporate all ingredients together.

Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.

One of our favorites to dip into this is coconut bar cookies, chocolate graham crackers-Oh my so delicious!
