Super refreshing salad to accompany any main course. One fennel bulb washed, dried, sliced thinly add into a large mixing bowl. One 8 ounce bag of your favorite mixed greens, one orange for zest and cut fruit into segments, gently toss. In a small ramekin or bowl add one lemon zest and juices, pinch of salt and black pepper, one tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon canola oil, one tablespoon aged balsamic vinegar whisk ingredients well and drizzle over salad when ready to serve, gently toss!
