A sub-tropical smoothie that is so creamy and delicious! 1/4 cup pure pineapple juice, 3 tablespoons Greek Plain Yogurt, 1/4 cup pineapple chunks in natural juices, 1/4 cup coconut milk (or you can use almond silk milk) run blender 2 minutes to well combine.
Pour into a glass, sip and enjoy!
