We love this Lemon-Honey Soy Sauce on Shrimp or Sea scallops especially. Easy to make and store.
You’ll need 2 whole lemons (washed, zest and juice), 3 tablespoons Low sodium Soy Sauce, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 teaspoon grated ginger root, 1 tablespoon honey. Mix all ingredients together (in a bowl) whisk well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. I have even using this as a basting sauce to grill Seafood including Shrimp, Sea Scallops (my favorite!).
You can serve warm as an easy dipping sauce too! Enjoy.
