Ginger-Orange Butter

Great flavors with multiple uses. We love this on Baked Flounder or Tilapia.

1-1/4 stick sweet cream butter (softened), 1 tablespoon grated ginger root, 2 Valencia oranges (zest one orange but juice both), mix, mix, mix with a sturdy spoon. Place in an airtight container (pack it in) refrigerate until ready to use.

I’ll bet you can find a few uses for this simple flavorful butter! Have fun with it…
