Apricot Cream Smoothie

Anytime means smoothies!!! This one is so delicious!

You’ll need 1 cup Pure apricot nectar juice, 1/2 cup frozen vanilla yogurt, 2 pinches nutmeg and cinnamon, run blender 1-2 minutes then pour into a chilled glass.

So creamy! Yum.

  1. Smoothies have saved my life Cuz. I can eat small amounts of real food now, but when I couldn’t swallow, I made smoothies and just let them dribble down my throat. Had to add protein powder at times, but whatever it took, they kept me alive, so they are still my number one source of life giving loves. And apricot is Vundabar!!!
