Do you enjoy sweet, fruit smoothies? I have a delicious Lemon-Blueberry Burst Banana Smoothie to share with you!
You’ll need 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, 1/2 banana sliced, 1 whole lemon for zest and juice, 1/2 cup 1% Milk, 1/4 cup Plain Yogurt. In a blender and all ingredients and run 2 minutes to obtain a creamy texture.
Pour into a chilled glass and sit back and enjoy!!!
It is my new favorite Smoothie!
