Swordfish Steaks

Last month my Seafood Market had beautiful 2″ thick Swordfish Steaks. I could not resist them. I made them on the outside grill with Lime Butter and other seasonings. They were a hit! I am not sure if they are available in your area or if you even like them?!

They are great served with rice pilaf and a side vegetable. You can also make a fruit salsa or relish for the topping the ideas are endless. It is a nice well-rounded meal. Something you can consider and just may end up liking them!
