Lemon-Onion Potato Chips… BBQ-Honey Chips…

Using a mandoline to cut thin slices of potatoes makes my life so much easier. I love making homemade chips. Some of our favorites are Lemon-Onion and Honey BBQ. The oven does the baking in 15 minutes @ 400 F no oils and grease to deal with. I make several dips to go along with the homemade chips.

I also love to make Lime baked Tortilla Chips. You can use corn, flour tortillas, just cut them into triangles, add melted butter and fresh lime juice from one lime and lime zest using a brush coat them well. Place on a rimmed non stick baking sheet pan(s), pop into the oven and let them bake until golden brown.
