Tilapia is an economical fish and super easy to prepare! I soak fish in whole milk for 15 minutes, coat in panko add lemon zest and parsley, drizzle with olive oil and bake @ 400 F- 6-8 minutes.
Serve over brown/or white rice or wild rice and any side vegetable dish you like. Even a mixed green salad works well with Tilapia. If you have never tried it you may just be surprised how delicious it is!
