Chili-Lemon-Lime Butter

Great new recipe for using on Seafood. We love this on Grilled Shrimp. I had it over Labor Day as a side for dipping Lobster! Delicious!

1 stick Sweet Cream Butter (softened), 1 lemon zest and juice, 1 lime for zest and juice, 1 tablespoon chili powder, mixed all ingredients well with a spatula in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals until butter is melted and warm. Stir well. Serve in small ramekins and enjoy.

You can also use this to brush on Shrimp before grilling! I may try this on Sea Scallops next!
