We love this combination on a fruit salad and mixed greens. It is so flavorful and refreshing for the warm months ahead!
You will need 2 fresh lemons, zested and juiced in the blender, 1-5 ounce can crushed pineapples in natural juices put into the blender and pulse several times, add 3 tablespoons canola oil, 2 tablespoons regular white vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar, 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon. Run blender several minutes to incorporate ingredients. Store in a carafe, cruet, or a jar with a lid, refrigerate promptly until ready to serve. Mix or shake well before using.
