Tis the time of year I love smoothies. This is my newest smoothie recipe and an easy one at that!
You’ll need one ripe nectarine, peeled, pitted, sliced, 1 cup plain yogurt, 1/8 tsp. nutmeg, 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1/4 cup 1% Milk. Add nectarine slices into a blender pulse several times, add remaining ingredients and run blender 1-2 minutes to combine.
Serve in chilled glass and enjoy!
