An Easy Orange Recipe for YOU!

Orange & Coconut Rice Krispies Treats — Serves 8 —– Prep Time 11 minutes

1 cup Orange Marmalade, 1/2 cups Karo Syrup (clear corn syrup), 2 Whole (Washed) Valencia oranges for zest and juices, 4 cups Rice Krispy Cereal (or other puffed rice cereal), 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes. In a large mixing bowl add rice krispies cereal, Karo syrup, orange marmalade and stir well with a spatula. Add orange zest and juices, coconut flakes and stir again. Transfer ingredients into a 9 x 12 x 3 dish, and smooth out the top with an offset spatula, cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 45 minutes to one hour then cut 3″x 3″ squares and enjoy the flavors. Easy, fun and delicious.
