Florida Citrus Slaw

This is a super easy, flavorful salad that pairs well with so many main course dishes. We love it with Seafood.

You’ll need a mixed bag of green and red cabbage shredded (I use Dole brand) a 1 pound bag, 1-8 ounce bag (Dole) shredded carrots, one lemon for zest and juice, one lime for zest and juice, one Navel orange sectioned, zest and juice. Using a large bowl add ingredients and mix with two large spoons. In a smaller bowl add 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1-5.5 ounce Lemon Yogurt (you could use Lime Yogurt), mix together, add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving. Simple and delicious.

We love this Citrus Slaw year round. Great with Shrimp, even hamburgers on the grill! Hope you’ll enjoy!
