Grilling season is upon us, I have a wonderful BBQ sauce that is especially delicious on Seafood.
You’ll need 2 oranges for the zests and juices, 1 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 2 Jalapeno peppers (remove stems and as many seeds as you want-for heat) diced finely, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Add all ingredients into a saucepan on low heat and cook for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool down. Transfer into a jar or airtight container, refrigerate until ready to serve.
We love this on BBQ’d grilled shrimp! Delicious and easy, just brush on sauce before and during the grilling of shrimp!
